Matrix Immobilien GmbH was founded in 2003. Since its foundation, retail properties covering an area of 155,000 sqm, with a value exceeding 300 million euros, have been realised by Matrix Immobilien.

A team of 15 employees is currently handling an investment volume of approx. 275 million euros and an area of approx. 90,000 sqm.

The Matrix service spectrum ranges from site acquisition and securing to the development of a functional and utilisation concept, to turn-key realisation.

We develop individual and custom-tailored project solutions in cooperation with cities and municipalities. With the flat management structure of an owner managed company, short decision-making channels and corporate responsibility form the basis of our business activities.

Our field of activity encompasses the topics of „restructuring“, „city centre“ and „district development“. A great challenge for us is the varied restructuring and repositioning tasks of retail formats that are arising today and in the future, especially in view of the rapidly changing market conditions.
