The property, used solely by C&A, is located in Neumünster’s prime city centre location. Neumünster is a business location, steeped in tradition, which has excellent public transport connections and is connected to major transport axes on a national level. A revitalisation of the 4,000 sqm retail space was undertaken by the tenant by the end of September 2014. At the same time, Matrix began renovating the façade, which was completed at the end of Q1 2015. In Q2 2015, the property was sold to an institutional investor.
